Parts of this site — the full project reference list, certificate documents, cooperation guides and other rated-partner material — are gated and provided to your member account personally.

Members must not privately forward, copy or redistribute gated content — including downloaded files, screenshots or excerpts — to any third party without written consent from the Sineng overseas sales team.

Access is tied to your account and partner rating. Breaking these rules can lead to access being revoked; where an NDA or cooperation agreement is in place, its terms prevail.

Information you give us: registration details (name, company, email) when you request member access, the questions and inquiries you submit through forms or by email, and any correspondence we exchange — we may keep a record of it.

Technical information: our servers automatically log IP addresses, browser types and operating systems for system administration. This data is used in aggregate only and does not identify you as an individual.

We use this information to answer your inquiries, verify your identity and rate partner access, provide gated content to your member account, improve the product FAQ, and notify you about changes to the service. With your consent, we may also tell you about Sineng products and cooperation opportunities that may interest you; you can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

Your personal data is not sold, traded or shared outside Sineng Electric. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site (hosting, communications), on a confidential basis and only for our purposes; with authorities where we are legally required to cooperate; or with a successor in an acquisition or merger, who must remain bound by this policy.

Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be traced back to you may be stored and processed without notice or consent.

The site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. Member login uses a session cookie strictly to keep you signed in; our CDN or hosting provider may set technical cookies for security and load management. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but gated content will then be unavailable.

Personal data is primarily stored at hosting facilities in Singapore, with a CDN serving the site globally. Depending on your location this may involve a cross-border transfer; where the law of your jurisdiction requires it, we take legally required steps to safeguard transferred data. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with applicable law and to enforce our agreements; member account data is deleted within 90 days after you ask us to close the account.

You may at any time request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, restrict or delete it, withdraw a consent you previously gave, or object to a use described in this policy — contact the overseas sales team at charlie.lee@si-neng.com. Some parts of the service (member access in particular) may stop working if you withdraw the data they depend on.

When we update this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy; data we hold is governed by the version in effect when it was collected.
